Ah, the unsettling nonchalance of night,
The dark sky places a veil o’er the land,
Whose deceptive calm our senses invite,
Eyes gaze up at the lune who shall command.
Letting silent sounds violate our sleep,
She bears proudly her hypnotizing glow,
False navigation leads you to a steep,
Beware of her face, strung taut like a bow.
As the sun sees beauty, she sees inside,
Her radiance piercing, scanning for pain,
She wants to know the secrets that you hide,
But I sleep still, and let her search in vain.
The dawn and midnight duel shall begin soon,
Rise, fair sun, and kill the envious moon.

The time will come when we control you all...
But for now we'll just have to settle with making you use AOL MUAHAHAHAHA
and what an ending too! Two amazing lines sandwiched around a terrific poem!
Very nicely done!
